In detail

Inspired by the Japanese therapy ShinrinYoku, also called forest bath or forest therapy, we carry out a relaxing experience in one of our laurel or monteverde forests. Allow yourself to let go of stress, release tension to make room for new sensations through your breathing and the use of your senses, connecting yourself to the surroundings.

It’ s a very relaxing activity carried out in the forests of Anaga, Teno, Tacoronte… depending on the groups’ needs and preferences.

It can be done as an exclusive activity or in combination with our Forest Experience. If you just book the forest bath activity, the meeting point and meeting time must be agreed upon in advance. It is always advisable to schedule the activity at times when there are not too many people, so we recommend early in the morning to enjoy the solitude and the sounds of nature.
