What shall we do?

  • Yoga in a unique natural environment. It can be on the coast or in the forest.

In detail

Once you have chosen whether you want to do the wellness activity on the coast or in the forest, we will choose the best location for your practice. We will inform you of the meeting point and time, or if you prefer, you can hire our transport service. Upon arrival at the location, we will begin the practice by familiarising ourselves with the environment and the emotions it awakens in us and then continue with asanas of varying difficulty (depending on your level) and finish with a relaxation session and a guided meditation.

The weather in Tenerife can be very unpredictable. We advise you to check the weather conditions in advance. Always carry water, sunscreen and lip balm, sunglasses, a hat, warm clothes, mackintosh, suitable walking shoes.

For wellness activities, you may require the following items*:

Yoga: mat. If you do not have a mat, please bring a towel. We also recommend warm clothes, a blanket, etc. to cover yourself during the relaxation.

– Wateryoga: swimming costume, footwear to access the pool area, a towel. Some venues may require the use of a swimming cap.

– Aquawellness: swimming costume, swimming mask or goggles, snorkel, footwear to access the pool area, towel. Some venues may require the use of a swimming cap.

– Meditation/Mindfulness: if you prefer not to sit directly on the floor, please bring a yoga mat or towel.

* For hygiene purposes, we recommend that you bring with you all the necessary equipment for the activity. If you do not have these items, we can provide them at an extra cost if you let us know in advance.

The benefits of practicing Yoga are recognized. In addition to improving our physical condition, the effects it has on the control of emotions and the mind is even more valuable. If we add to this that the practice is not carried out in a closed place, but is in the open air and beautiful and harmonious natural environments, the experience can be cathartic. The energy of the earth will connect directly with your interior to bring you the calm and serenity you need to face the day.

Tenerife, although it is an island with a large population, still counts on all of them. its slopes with places of nature in its purest form, either on the coast or in the interior. I will offer you different locations where we can practice. There are people who connect better with the sea than with the forest, luckily the island allows us to offer you the experience you need.
