  • If you wish to make a change or cancel your visit, you must do so 48 hours before the time of your visit, by contacting the Reservations Department by e-mail. If less than 48 hours notice is given, no refund will be given and the change will be subject to availability at that time.
  • In the event that due to adverse weather conditions or any other issue beyond the control of the park management company, the facilities are closed, tickets will be exchanged or refunded free of charge.
